Gimė 1968 m. Dusetose. 1987 m. baigė Buivydiškių technikumą. Dusetų dailės galerijos fotografė. Laikraščių ir žurnalų skelbtuose fotokonkursuose yra laimėjusi įvairių apdovanojimų. Dalyvavo grupinėse parodose Lietuvoje ir užsienyje. 28-ojoje kasmetinėje lietuvių fotografijos parodoje „Žmogaus ir gamtos pavasaris“, vykusioje M.K.Čiurlionio galerijoje Čikagoje (JAV) laimėjo pirmąją vietą. Tarptautinės „The WORLD WIDE TOUR PHOTO-2001“ parodos Majoras (Vilnius), žurnalo „Vyzdys foto/video“ konkurso „Gimtinės peizažas 2002“ D.W.K Kodak prizo laimėtoja, konkurso „Gamta ir aš - 2005“ pagrindinio prizo laimėtoja, savaitraščio „Žaliasis pasaulis“ konkursų „Gamtos fotografija“ (2001, 2003, 2006) pirmosios premijos laimėtoja. Apdovanota Lietuvos fotomenininkų sąjungos diplomu už fotografijas parodoje „Žirgas fotografijoje“ (2008). Parodos - konkurso „Žemės diena 2009 Utena” laureatė. 71-ojo Japonijos tarptautinio fotografijos salono parodos - konkurso medalis (2011) Surengė devynias personalines fotografijos parodas. Nacionalinės fotografijos meno fondas už 2000–2006 m. Lietuvoje sėkmingai eksponuotas personalines meninių fotografijų parodas apdovanojo Garbės raštu. Nuo 2009 m. gamtos fotografų klubo „Žalias skėtis” narė. Gyvena Dusetose. Normantė Ribokaitė was born in Dusetos, in 1968. In 1987, the artist graduated from Buivydiškės Technical School. The artist is one of the photographers of the Dusetos Art Gallery group. Normantė Ribokaitė has won numerous awards in various competitions of photography organised by different newspapers and magazines. The artist has participated in group shows held both in Lithuania and abroad. Normantė Ribokaitė was awarded the first prize at the 28th Annual Exhibition of Lithuanian Photography Spring of Man and Nature helt at the Mikalojus Konstantinas Čiurlionis Art Gallery in Chicago (USA). The artist was granted the title of Major at the international exhibition The WORLD WIDE TOUR PHOTO-2001 (Vilnius), the award established by D.W.K Kodak at the competition Homeland Landscape 2002 organised by magazine Pupil Photo/Video, the main prize at the competition Nature and I – 2005, and the first awards at the competitions Photography of Nature organised by the weekly The Green World (2001, 2003, 2006). Normantė Ribokaitė was also granted a diploma established by the Union of Lithuanian Art Photographers for her works displayed at the exhibition Horse in Photography (2008). The photographer is the laureate of the exhibition-competition Earth Day 2009 – Utena. The artist has been awarded a medal at the 71st Japanese International Photography Parlour Competition (2011). Normantė Ribokaitė has organised nine personal photography exhibitions. Moreover, the photographer was granted the Honorary Diploma established by the National Photography Art Foundation for personal shows of artistic photography displayed successfully in Lithuania, in 2000-2006.
